I have never really been a blogger at heart but I have this dream that I am constantly thinking that I should do something about and maybe this is the best way of getting some most needed guidance and opinions from my near and dear ones...So guys please be generous with your thoughts and help me out...
Just recently we were faced with the 'superstorm' rather the perfect storm hurricane Sandy which made me realise life is too short to sit back and wait for your dreams to happen. We live in the era of living in the moment and if you want your dreams to come true the time to start is now...
So with much determination and enthusiasm I am starting this blog to get a perspective as well as thoughts and ideas from people I am close to. I am very fond of cooking [fond being an understatement] I can cook at any hour of the day and feed everyone till they are stuffed.So from this fondness for food stems my dream of starting a small scale catering business providing food for occassions like birthday parties, get togethers, showers etc..
I am currently in the process of planning my menu, shortlisting recipes and putting together a plan which will make this dream of mine a success. My husband has been and is my biggest motivator for me to take this step. I hope my friends and acquaintances also stand by me and help me in realizing this dream of mine...
